BRANDON NEAL, FOUNDER/CEO
Political Strategist, Senior Government Official, and Business Advocate
Brandon Neal is a subject matter expert in executive management, political strategy, corporate social responsibility, fundraising, organizational and business development problem-solving and is one of the country’s leading strategic planners, with a strong passion for advocacy in both the public and private sectors.
A past Senior Executive Service (SES) member in the federal government, who served as an Advisor to Presidential Cabinet Members, and President and CEOs & other C-level executives of national political and non-profit organizations, candidates and campaigns on all levels.
Previously, Brandon served as Senior Advisor/Political Director for Rep. Karen Bass (CA-37); National Political Director for the Democratic National Committee (DNC); an Obama White House Appointee as Senior Advisor to the US Secretary of Transportation/Director of the Office of Small Business; Finance Director for Obama for America HQ, and the Presidential Inaugural Committee; Deputy Political Director for the Democratic Governors Association (DGA), and NAACP National Youth Director.
Brandon has a BA from Howard University and a MPA from The American University. He has spent his adulthood in Washington, DC and resides on Capitol Hill.

J. GRAHAM RALSTON, ESQ., CPA
Licensed attorney, certified public accountant, consultant, and advisor.
Graham is a subject matter expert for small businesses. Over the last 8 years he helped thousands of small business owners find success through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Small Business Office. He helped small businesses navigate government at the state and federal levels, achieve over $200 million in financial assistance, $650 million in bonding capacity, and helped secure billions in contracting dollars.
Previously, through Graham’s private company, J Graham Wealth, he advised companies on legal entity choice, taxes, wealth management, and best practices for businesses. He believes that successful businesses start first with successful individuals running them. He takes a holistic approach to solving small business issues.
Before Graham’s time in Washington, DC he supported Small Businesses in Seattle University School of Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic providing free legal and business advice.
When Graham isn’t supporting small businesses, you can find him hiking, playing soccer, skiing, traveling, and triathlon training. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law.

JULIAN WATKINS
Julian Watkins attended Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC and graduated with honor May 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration. Following the conclusion of his collegiate career, Mr. Watkins became an advocate for the Small Business Community while working for the U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of the Secretary’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). During his time at OSDBU, Mr. Watkins worked as a Program Analyst, Bonding Education Program (BEP) Small Business Specialist, and the Acting BEP Manager. In his various roles, Mr. Watkins contributed heavily in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and program implementation/approval.
